Meditation is a spiritual practice that is taught in various ways in many religions.

It is a modality which effects our mind, bodies and spirit. Some of the benefits of meditation are reduction of stress, improved concentration, increased self-awareness, increased

acceptance, a stabilized cardiovascular system and a stronger immune system.

This workshop will cover the benefits of meditation and how using specific pure essential oils can enhance your practice. You will learn and experience a simple form of meditation that will bring you into a state of deep presence and wholeness.
